Arina and Dina Mironskaya have completed a training camp for the upcoming unofficial Club World Cup in Tokyo.

 

The training camp took place in Los Angeles in one of the best gymnastics clubs in the USA, Burlo Gymnastics, under the direction of Evgenia Burlo, where the best gymnasts in the country train. The US team will be represented by exactly this club at the upcoming tournament in Japan, which is particularly remarkable. The clubs have agreed to maintain close contact in the future and to carry out similar training camps to exchange experiences. It is interesting to see how the training system works in the common hall. In the hall there is always an assistant to the national coach, who acts as an intermediary between the personal coach and the head coach. All training sessions are recorded with video cameras, then the entire training process is analyzed in detail, errors are worked on and the exercises are improved (technique, skill, artistry, etc.).

 

Arina Mironskaya : “We were in America for the first time, and this trip will be very memorable. Here everything is very big, the weather warm and pleasant, the Pacific Ocean and the helpful people.

 

In Los Angeles we trained with the club Burlo Gymnastics. There we prepared for the unofficial Club World Championship in Tokyo. We had two training sessions a day, which were very productive and systematic. We have made our program more complicated and improved and also worked on the artistry. We completed a training camp under the leadership of Evgeniya Burlo together with US gymnasts Rin Keys and Anna Filipp, who are also going to Tokyo. There was a good, hardworking and friendly atmosphere in the hall. It was nice to train together, and we look forward to seeing you again!

 

We are going to Tokyo for the second time for the AEON Cup, it is a great honor for us to represent Austria and our club in these competitions. This year the clubs TV Wien Mariahilf will be represented by: Arina Mironskaya, Dina Mironskaya, Ksenia Dvornyak.

 

The competitions in Japan always have a special atmosphere, it is a pleasure to perform in such an amazing country, the audience always supports a lot, and Hello Kitty, one of the symbols of Japan, can be found everywhere in the hall.

 

As I said, it is a great honor for us to represent Austria and our club in these competitions. We worked hard, completed the training camp in Los Angeles and are very much looking forward to these competitions. This experience is very important to us, and I am sure that these competitions will bring many positive emotions.”

 

Dina Mironskaya: “I would like to highlight a few more points from the camp in Los Angeles. An interesting training system consisting of exercise groups for physical preparation, equipment preparation and choreography. In the hall there are several coaches who are responsible for their training block. The training sessions are varied, the load changes. Between the training sessions there are learning and regeneration measures. It is a large team that works towards a common goal because they love gymnastics and give themselves to it completely. A very interesting experience that we will use in our future training sessions.”

 

This is already the second participation of the Mironskaya Sisters in the most prestigious international competitions among the best clubs in the world. Arina and Dina Mironskaya – Austrian club champions 2025 – represent the oldest Austrian gymnastics club Vienna-Mariehilf (140 years!).
